Welcome to Grand Teton Adventures

Grand Teton National Park is a stunning national park that lies in Northwest Wyoming. This park spans an impressive 310,000 acres that includes dramatic mountainscapes and picturesque valleys. If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind adventure, Grand Teton Wyoming is a fantastic place to book your vacation.

Grand Teton National Park, WY

Grand Teton National Park is considered one of the youngest mountain ranges in the world and part of its beauty is just how sharp and jagged the park's snow-capped peaks are and how nicely they rise from the green valleys below. This is a fantastic spot to simply sit in and enjoy the natural beauty of the American West.

Of course, all that beauty also boasts a lot of activities. This national park is home to a rich variety of animals that include large mammals like bears, bison, wolves, elk, and moose, as well as migrating birds and fish. Visitors here commonly come for exceptional wildlife photography, as well as fishing and hunting in select seasons and with permits.

Of course, fishing and hunting are the only things that are seasonal. During the winter, just about all of the unplowed roads in this park become bustling cross-country ski trails and snowshoeing destinations. Then, during the cooler shoulder months, the hot springs and streams become beloved soaking spots.

Other popular activities within Grand Teton National Park include hiking, biking, and even horseback riding along the park's over 250 miles of trails. Many of these trails have their own unique highlights, such as the Hidden Falls trail that takes hikers to a 100-foot waterfall tucked behind the iconic Jenny Lake. You can opt to experience these trails with your own group or go with a tour guide for a more informed and often more wildlife-filled experience. You can even opt to experience this park's nature by boat via a rafting excursion down the Snake River, or a lazy afternoon spent kayaking or canoeing one of the park's massive lakes.

Grand Teton National Park truly has so much to see or do that it is impossible to fit all of or even some of the best experiences within a day's visit. Truly, you could spend weeks here and still experience something new every day. Thus, the best way to see Grand Teton Wyoming is by planning for at least a few days and considering an overnight stay within the park. Grand Teton National Park has several campgrounds within its borders that include full RV campsites, traditional tent campsites, luxury cabins, and even large "glamping" style tent experiences in which large tents are already set up for guests.
